We manufacture a large number of different fastening elements and are one of the largest suppliers of standard parts
These parts are used across aircraft programs and are produced in high volumes. We produce fasteners with and without overmolded inserts and coat them according to customer requirements to improve chemical resistance.
Different materials with and without fiber reinforcement are used.
Cross Programs
In the area of system components, we manufacture injection molded parts that come into contact with different media or are designed to be structurally load-bearing.
We also offer the re-design of metallic components in order to replace them with plastic parts. By doing so, we reduce the purchase costs for our customers, since injection molded parts can be manufactured at a fraction of the cost of metallic milled and bent sheet metal parts. It is also possible to focus on weight reduction.
