Data Privacy is very important to us, and we are committed to protecting you and respecting your privacy. We want you to know about how we collect, store, process, transfer and use your personal data (hereinafter “Personal Data”). We are subject to data protection laws. We maintain technical and organizational measures to ensure that these data protection provisions will be followed by us and our external service providers. In the following, we would like to inform you about how we process your data.
If you send us enquiries using the contact form, we will store your data from the enquiry processing form and any data in the event of follow-up questions.
Mandatory fields are marked accordingly. Filling in mandatory fields is necessary so that we can answer and process your enquiries. All other information is voluntary.
Processing the data entered in the contact form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. A revocation is only valid for the future.
We will not transfer your data to third parties without your consent or another legal basis.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request we delete it, revoke your consent to its storage or until the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Server Log Files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are mainly:
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL (origin address)
- hostname of the accessing computer
- date and time of the server request
- IP address
This data will not be merged with other data sources.
The data processing is based on art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR, which permits the processing of data on the basis of legitimate interests. In this case, there is a justified interest in a secure and problem-free operation of the web server. In order to ensure this, the administration must be able to recognise and trace attacks and malfunctions of the system via the server log files. In order to recognize attack patterns, access to the web server must be stored. As soon as this data is no longer needed, it is deleted. For technical reasons, the data is disclosed to the hosting service provider, who is, however, bound by directives and contract with us.
Usage of Cookies
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, accept cookies for certain cases or generally exclude them and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
Cookies that are necessary for the electronic communication process or for the provision of certain functions you have requested are stored on the basis of art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of our services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for analysing your surfing behaviour) are stored, these are explained separately in this data protection declaration.
Google Web Fonts
Our website uses so-called web fonts, which are provided by Google, to uniformly display certain fonts. When you visit our page, your browser downloads the required fonts directly from Google in order to display them correctly on your device. Your browser establishes a connection to Google’s servers in the USA. This allows Google to know that your IP address has been used to access our website.
Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. The Privacy Shield is an agreement between the United States and the European Union designed to ensure compliance with European data protection standards.
The use of Google web fonts is necessary to ensure a consistent look and feel on our website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR.
